Channel for Grace
I offer you a set of affirmations that I've collected through the years that help me align with my soul and become a vessel for the Divine to flow, in and through me, to bless and heal others. These are my personal mantras to align me with Divine Purpose. Perhaps they can be for you, the guiding grace they have been for me. Namaste:
Bless me into usefulness.
Infuse me with your wisdom.
May my life be a blessing unto others.
Find me where you know I need to be.
Guide me with your grace.
Channel through me that which you want others to hear.
Bring forth, through me, infinite wisdom, divine love, ceaseless compassion and healing grace.
Trust In the Slow Work of God
Above all, trust in the slow work of God.
We are quite naturally impatient in everything to reach end without delay.
We should like to skip the intermediate stages where we are,
impatient to being on the way to something unknown, something new.
And yet it is the law of all progress that it is made by passing through
some stages of instability and that it may take a very long time.
And so, I think it is with you.
Your ideas mature gradually.
Let them grow.
Let them shape themselves without undue haste.
Don't try to force them on as though you could be today what time,
that is to say, what grace and circumstances, acting on your own good will,
will make of you tomorrow.
Only God could say what this new spirit gradually forming within you will be.
Give God the benefit of believing that the Divine hand is leading you.
And accept the anxiety of feeling yourself in suspense and incomplete.

Living, Loving, & Trusting Life
All of Life is here for me.
I open myself to the Divine Power and Presence within.
Life supports me and watches over me.
I trust in the Benevolence of Life
and watch its rich bounty
bless me in countless ways.
I now allow the Divine Design
of my life to reveal itself
and to manifest gracefully in countless ways.
I am magnetic to my higher good
and it is magnetic to me.
I share what I have and give joyously to others.
My life is filled with meaning and purpose.
I love Life and Life loves me.

A translation of "Our Father" directly from the Aramaic into English (rather than from Aramaic to Greek to Latin to English) I have not checked the accuracy of this interpretation. It came to me and love it so I am sharing it.
Our Father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name
O cosmic Birther of all radiance and vibration!
Thy Kingdom come
Soften the ground of our being and carve out a space within us
where your Presence can abide.
They will be done
Fill us with your creativity so that we may be empowered to bear the fruit
of your mission.
On earth as it is in heaven
Let each of our actions bear fruit in accordance with our desire.
Give us this day our daily bread
Endow us with the wisdom to produce and share what each being needs to grow and flourish.
And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us
Untie the tangled threads of destiny that bind us, as we release others from the entanglement of past mistakes.
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil
Do not let us be seduced by that which would divert us from our true purpose, but illuminate the opportunities of the present moment.
For Thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever
For you are the ground and the fruitful vision, the birth-power and fulfillment, as all is gathered and made whole once again.
Thomas Merton Prayer:
God, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end. Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think I am following your will does not mean I am actually doing so. But I believe the desire to please you does in fact please you. And, I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire and I know that if I do this, you will lead me by the right road though I may know nothing about it. Therefore, I will trust you always. Though I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death I will not fear, for you are ever with me and you will never leave me to face my perils alone.
